Senior Group HR Manager - £70,000 plus benefits - 3 x sites (2000 + staff) South Yorkshire - manufacturing blue-chip fmcg (Operational minded HR Generalist working at strategic level) We are looking for a truly exceptional experienced strategic but also 'hands on' Group 'operationally minded' HR Manager with extensive drive and determination to oversee 3 sites in the area. The role will involve working closely with the senior teams on all the sites - pulling them together - developing innovative workable strategies identifying where changes can be made to make the different in very demanding circumstances, Looking at strategy for people management and development. We are looking for a truly exceptional person to lead HR across all 3 sites and to work closely with a very focused strong and determined MD using your experience, strong communication and influencing skills. This will suit an individual who likes to be active at the sites and be seen at all levels in the business using your experience, skills and knowledge and true understanding of fmcg manufacturing business and people skills.
